Forward Edge Battle Area is a partial conversion for UT focusing on a conflict between two factions - United Earth Task Forces and Havian Rebels, an alien race, set deep in the future. F.E.B.A. can be played with any gametype, any map. By default, FEBA includes 4 variants of the UT default gametypes that have been enchanced to feature the UETF vs Havian Gameplay. Additionally, FEBA adds over 20 new weapons to UT, nearly 50 spells, and 40 skins/models.
In FEBA games, all items and weapons are removed. Instead, FEBA uses a currency system that rewards players for killing enemies, etc. Additionally, players can gain experience after killing highly experienced players. Eventually, a player 'Levels Up' after gaining a certain amount of experience points. Depending on the class of the player, higher levels can mean anything from becoming faster, inflicting more damage, or better resistance to damage, etc.

updated comment: amazing you can really tell the amount of work you guys put into this. every class works seamlessly with your team whether bot or human (most common complaint of mine) the only issue i am currently having is the amount of things you need to keep track of to survive here (menu buttons spell book buttons) but in time i feel i will get used to it...the bots do seem more aggressive now....bot code enhancements? either way.. for nearly perfecting a rpg first person shooter i give you 9.90/10 (nothings perfect but this is close)
problem: ive noticed that my mass is always above the limit and no matter how many weapons i drop i can never buy anymore due to excess mass..this always happens even when i only spawn with the energy pistol and impact hammer...what is going on?(updated) seems FEBA doesnt like other mutators like doublejump ut it was doubling my mass while active. for best results play with no mutators active

It's a nice Mod... but I hate the Havian... I really didn't like what happened to "DarkMagic" mixed with weapons... :(
agreed. but the havian does have something the others dont. skill upgrades...though i do think being able to turn em on and off would be much better. i still prefer the earth forces though..and the "f.e.b.a" maps. are they gonna be mapped or am i just holding my breath? because i think have sentinel minigun cannons around the earth forces computer would make things a tad more interesting. and maybe cutting down on the usage of the "____ is under attack" alarm..
that must be the biggest gun i've ever seen in a game like UT o.o
