Despite being in the area of 30 years old, DOS a now depreciated 16bit OS still has a loyal following making 16bit games. There are also many games now called "Abandonware" which are available to play on this ancient OS. DOS or more specifically the wide spread adoption of MS DOS is really what brought PC gaming to life, back in an era when gaming was only done on consoles.
