This mod intends to add various weapons from all around the globe to Misery mod, weapons of every stalker's dream. Suggestions, Feedbacks and points of view are very welcomed ! Have fun with these new toys !
A full package; All-in-one release of TAZ 3 with all of its Hotfixes and patches on the latest Anomaly release, or at least it was the latest when I started tweaking compiling. Don't worry about the tiny file, it contains a txt file with links for a four parts package.
First of all, I must be clear that this package is by no means a work in progress or is getting any further updates, it is strictly a pack I'm playing and thought about sharing, bugs and issues are surely present, but nothing game breaking. So far I have already finished the game and doing another run, the only CTDs I ever got was due to high switch distance.
The pack is optimized to the max for the best performance, switch distance is set to 250m since we rarely get any action beyond that, DX9 Enhanced with good enough tweaks, and further graphical addons for best quality and performance. All these can be changed at any time.
This package is bloated with 100+ addons scouted from Anomaly's addons section, and other changes I have personally made, all the good addons one could benefit through a long journey. Here is a list for a few of them that I can muster to mention:
-Mechanics upgrade your weapons without needing to fetch tools for them.
-Dropped gear on NPCs have better condition, this way you can use them for a while, or repair them to the fullest.
-Some food items heal you for a tiny bit, nothing game breaking as you still need to use health boosters.
-All factions unlocked from the start, Sin, Greh, ISG, and Renagade, no need to fully finish the game to unlock these.
-HD Vanilla NPC models with more variations. Updating vanilla NPCs and giving them more variations.
-HD loading screens.
-Sky bloom fix.
-Arszis Mutant Bleeding. A nice addon for mutant hunters, or just the usual encounter.
-Loot all mutant parts. No more one Boar leg, you get the four of them.
-Artifacts Overhaul v1.04. Does something nice with artifacts and outfit attachments, I guess.
-Blow out Siren mod.
-Campfire singing addon. NPCs play nice music around campfire.
-Death animations. Fancy death for NPCs.
-First person death animation. Fancy death for you.
-Dialog Expanded v4.1.
-Fluid Aim v1.2.3. Smoother inertia, if I'm not mistaking this allows you to draw and use your far quicker than in vanilla, no more pause before aiming and firing. This makes pistols far better backups.
-HD mutants addon. Makes a bunch of mutants ugliness in HD.
-Impact decals. See better effects on NPCs after shooting at them.
-Fixed RF receiver display. Now it's actually usable.
RF Hidden packages side quest. This is quite a fun addon as it gives you something to do for free loot, though it may lead you to your death for almost nothing good, and it's not as easy as one may think.
-All gear is available on traders from the start, no good will required.
-Better RF receiver sounds, less noise.
-Animated main menu. I personally LOVE this one and it fits so perfectly with the game.
-Michikos_Sound_Revamp_3.1. Far better environmental sound effects.
-Michikos_Weather_Revamp_3.0. Better overall weather.
-New items highlighted. This is another cool addon, it highlights newly acquired items, now you have a chance at finding what you had just picked before it got lost into your 100kg loot.
-New Night Vision effects. Not the shader ones, just textures and .ppe ones.
-Vibrating PDA.
-Quick melee. Set a quick melee button to use instantly either with your currently equipped weapon or fists. Never tried it when using PDA, RF, or anything else though.
-Radio 4.0. New and full Radio songs.
-Less noisy rain.
-Read watch. Equip wrist watch to a quick use slot and check it out on the go, no need to draw your PDA.
-Remade animations. A bit nicer overall set of NPC animations.
-Smaller Stalker Radius. This makes NPCs less obscuring with your path, they won't get you stuck in a room by standing at the only exit way, just try and squeeze through.
-New safe zones.
-weapon attachments position fix. Fixes the badly stretched icons when equipping weapons on primary and secondary slots. This also fixes a few attachment positions on said slots.
-yohji persistent weather 1.3. An attempt at making weather less abrupt when reloading a save, does not always work but still have a small effect.
-Camera Reanimation Project - I.N.E.R.T.I.A. V1.2. A blessed addon. Gives aim sway to all guns with the option to hold breathe, and associated sound effects. Making snipes far nicer.
-Jump and land SFX.
-Bullet crack and impact sounds.
-New overall hud UI with compact icons.
-Graphics Options Interface. A small MCM addon that allows you to edit graphical options that are rather unavailable, like gloss factor, sky bloom, etc.
-"he_is_with_me". That's what the addon called. It makes your rescued companions safe from getting shot at when you meet other faction members that are enemies with them.
-Ammo check. Check your current ammo in mag. Addon for those playing with no ammo counter.
-Sleep heal. Sleeping heal you for a bit, just like real life, I guess.
-Small companion UI icon.
-Subtle Hit Direction Marker v1.1.
-T.H.A.P._REWORK_2.0. Hand models overhaul.
-GOLDEN AUTUMN RETEXTURE V1.0. Cause I like it :>

Download this weird tiny file, than open the txt file inside, it contains a link to mediafire folder with all the needed package files, download all 7z parts. You will need to have 7zip installed for proper extraction. Extraction is simple, Extract all parts into the same folder. Extract the first one named "Anomaly-1.5.1.2.7z.001" which will automatically extract the others, no need for manually extracting each part.
Alternatively, you can use the following link for less hassle with the tiny ModDb file.
-The package is an all in one, no need for Anomaly as it is included already.
-Included Extra Small update.7z, containing a few extra addons for making the game a bit better, read the txt file for what's added.
-Also included is my personal user.ltx for easier keymapping and graphical optimization, as well as optimized game options, outfit drop rate, condition, etc. This file can be ignored given you are willing to do your own changes.
When the above is done go to appdata folder and delete "shaders_cache" folder, otherwise you will have weird graphical issues. Or do so through the game launcher.
The graphics are set on DX9 Enhanced, I personally find this good, but anyone is free to change it. However, you must delete shaders_cache folder after editing graphics settings.
If all is done properly you should have a nice and smooth game.

Agreed, finding the same problem with Scopes. Found a M14 DMR early on, but it's scope is completely offset, making it entirely useless.
Did you find a fix for this?
Edit: The issue is that the pack is designed for DX9. If you play on DX10 or DX11, you'll need the fix from the TAZ.

There is a working preset for Dx10 and Dx11. I tried combined scopes I like in there, but unsuccessful. Preset works, but default plain blacks are ugly.
Also, SAVE before attach any scope. I got a crash from the preset when attaching the PSO-1. PSO-2 works, but it is the ugly -_- The crashed could have been a conflict with magazine extend upgrade mod (unconfirm, I deleted the ui_main_menu script so I can use the MCM option).
If you upgraded the binocular and has a weird flip zoom, try tracking binocular. That fixes the identify friend or foe targets and flip zoom.

So where is 'max carry weight' set now?? It used to be in scripts\ui_options.script, but that file no longer exists...
I got carry weight from another another modder, changed it to 500-1000, slider 100. I still need to adjust the mad recoils, remove sway (done) and TAZ 3 is a good.

Hey! I found a new way to increase weight, safely. Search for o_backpack . ltx, then look change your desired 'increase" weight.

Those 2 lines above are regular backpack and hunting one; it worked for me and this is a much safer way to leave menu options untouch.

Nae, I'm not retarded at all... and obviously I know that I can set max carry weight in the game settings - up to the "max" level on that screen... I'm talking about where *that* max level is set, which as I commented clearly in my post, used to be set in scripts\ui_options.script (in Anomaly), but that file does not exist in this compilation, and the setting does not appear to be found anywhere else either, sadly...

use 7zip to unpack. having all of the files in the same directory and unpacking, starting with Anomaly-1.5.1.2.7z.001, 7zip should unpack all of them consecutively.

How can i undo graphics settings that comes with this mode? My vanilla game lighting is all messed up
When I upgrade the grenade guide rail for the gun, or assemble the grenade launcher, the game will be CTD
I'm at anomaly1.5.12 is installed on according to the tutorial 【Taz3.0-2.08→TAZ3.0-2.10mk1】

Some weapons share weapon upgrade schemes, but some of the weapon models are not set up to use GL's. Just create a save before doing any weapon upgrades.

When will the CTD of the firearm grenade launcher be fixed; if it cannot be fixed temporarily, please add a repair patch that prohibits upgrading and loading grenade launchers?

The game itself seams to Work fine only problem i have with it are sometimes very bad lags looking in the Console they happen when Step errors happen as the game is looking for the Ground sound 5,6,7,8 but they dont exist in the folders.Same for the PDA Sound it create a lot of Log errors.And Even a lot of Music/Sound Errors show up in the Log.Have try to fix it by reinstall most of the Mods you use to see if something was cancel for mistake but nothing change same errors show up and same Lags happen

The archives are corrupted and can't be extracted, no point in downloading this until and if its fixed.
the scopes occupy the whole screen and im not a fan of the weapons position, is there any way to change it?
The grenade launcher of the assault rifle is not working, and the scope map of the sniper rifle is not working, it just jumps out, you see how to solve these problems. These were the same issues in TAZ3.0 last year, why are the reassembled mods still so obviously wrong?

Just wanted to say that I love the gun pack and all the variety that it adds to the already big arsenal of guns in Anomaly [And Misery too, the CoP guns were too boring for a big mod like it].
Though I also wanted to know if you're planning on uploading a version that's not ''bloated with 100+ addons scouted from Anomaly's addons section'', but rather only the add-ons and tweaks needed for TAZ itself to work in Anomaly without issues while keeping other add-ons and tweaks separated from the main mod, so that players can add their own without having issues with the ones already included in this pack.
Aside from that the mod is perfect, so thanks a lot for making this for the community.

Does this have the Bren 805? it was probably the only gun from the original TAZ that wasn't in 3.0
The File Package got corrupted already even when I changing to 7-zip.exe and repaired the file it's still doesn't work unfortunately.

It looks like this is the wrong file once you download it. there is only about 60 something KB of data. Shouldnt this file be way larger if its a all in one file?
